Can I use chessfeed.ai for free?
Yes. The permanent Free plan includes the core Study experience, 5 monthly Credits, and 5 included game analyses.
What do paid plans include?
Paid monthly plans include larger monthly Credit allowances and more included game analyses, so you can use AI Coach, deep analysis, and regular game reviews more often.
What happens after my included game analyses are used?
Once your included game analyses for the month are used, additional analyses can continue by using Credits.
What is the difference between monthly and top-up Credits?
Monthly Credits come with your plan and reset at the end of each billing cycle. Top-up Credits are purchased separately, remain valid for 180 days, and are intended for occasional extra usage.
Do subscriptions renew automatically?
Yes. Paid subscriptions renew monthly unless cancelled.
How does cancellation work?
You can manage cancellation from the Billing or Subscription area in the app. Cancellation applies at the end of the current paid billing period.
Can I change my plan?
Direct plan changes are not currently supported. You can manage or cancel your current subscription from the billing area.
